At World Class Ringdansen, we offer a wide range of activities in a warm water pool, strength training facility, gym hall, and various treatments. We are now looking for a driven and committed employee who wants to be part of our wonderful team.

About the position

This is a varied full-time position where you will combine several important roles within our organization. You will meet customers, participants, and families daily – and be a central part of their experience with us.

Your responsibilities

• Swimming Instructor

You will lead and develop our swimming school groups for different ages and levels, focusing on safety, technique, and joy in swimming.

• Baby Swimming Instructor

You will introduce the youngest children to the water through playful and safe exercises together with their parents.

• Aqua Aerobics Leader

You will plan and lead energetic and effective aqua aerobics classes for adult participants.

• Reception & Service

You will be our face to the public at the reception, working with customer service, bookings, sales, and light administrative tasks. You will also help keep the facility clean, welcoming, and organized.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience and training in leading swimming school and baby swimming.
• Has previous experience in aqua aerobics or group training – advantageous but not required.
• Is responsible, pedagogical, and has a natural ability to motivate and engage.
• Is attentive, communicative, and passionate about providing first-class service.
• Enjoys working in a team and contributes to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Has valid CPR training (advantageous – otherwise we offer training).
• Is flexible with working hours as evening and weekend shifts occur.
